C1 Advanced Speaking Part 2 Quiz: Enough Time for You?

C1 Advanced Speaking Part 2
Question
What might be enjoyable about spending time in these places?
How might these environments affect the people’s well-being?

Sample Answer
1 minute to compare and contrast the two pictures you have chosen as well as answer the two questions.
The first and third photos offer a good contrast to my mind. It looks as if it is a family in the first picture, while the man in the second one is definitely on his own. While the family seem to be relaxing at the seaside, the lone hiker appears to be in the mountains. Although not for everyone, it is usually relaxing to spend good weather at the beach together as a family getting away from work and studying. It’s the same for people spending time on their own, in my opinion because doing that, especially somewhere remote, gives them time to ponder on their life and allows them to think their problems through. To be honest, I would say both circumstances are similar in the way they can really let the people unwind and lose any tension they may have from their everyday lives.

Analysis
This is my opinion of the above answer. The answer was given as in a test, with minimal preparation time.
Good use of speculating phrases to show that I am not 100% certain that is what the pictures are about.
This answer shows a good way to choose your pictures. Think about if you prefer choosing ones that are more similar, or ones that are more different. That way you know what you’re going to talk about first.
I thought some good vocabulary was used.
